Thomas D. Barlow, 83, of Houston, died Monday, October 9, 1978. Native of Shreveport, La. Houston resident since 1941. Was Executive Director of The Ray C. Fish Foundation. Former Treasurer of the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce. Veteran of WWI and was a member of West University Baptist Church. Funeral services 10:30 am Wednesday, Sage Road Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, with Dr. LeRay Fowler officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Marion V. Barlow; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Lee and Novice Barlow, both of Houston; sisters, Mrs. Hallie Barlow Chase, Houston, Mrs. Virginia Rodgers, Shreveport, La; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Pallbearers: Howard Walters, Halley Pundt, C. W. Wilkins, Orlan Mullins, Byron Smith, Judge V. L. West.
