He was born to James and Pat Noska on March 5, 1967 in Oceanside, California.
Steven was a Union Electrician through the IBEW, Local Union 20.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Noska and grandfather's, Bill DeVoe (129043157) and Stanley Noska.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Heather Beesley of Olympia, his mother Pat Noska of Lone Oak, Texas, sister, Sharyn and her husband Jeff Anderson of Allen, Texas, nephews, Jacob and Will Anderson, step-children, Hayley, Samuel, Donnielle and Neil all of Olympia, grandmothers, Marie DeVoe of Lewisville, Texas and Rosa Noska of Dallas and lots of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
