He was a spring maker at Wickwire Spencer in Worcester and Palmer, MA. He was very good at athletics. His hobbies were hunting and fishing. He married Lemby Lukko, a farm girl from Westborough. MA. After that they spent many happy weekends on the Lukko family farm on Fisher Street. During the harvests they were kept busy earning their keep. He spent his declining years with his daughter in Saratoga, California.
