He was born April 24, 1928, in Jefferson County, the son of Harley and Nellie Christman Little. He attended Hanover High School. He attended West Fork Baptist Church for many years. He worked early in life for the Indiana State Highway Department as a truck driver. He later worked for Zimmerman's Farm Equipment and for Contel Telephone Company for 30 years in the test room and as a service technician. He had attended many trade schools while working for the telephone company. He was a farmer until his retirement. He was a member of the Madison Moose Lodge 765, a 50 year member of the Canaan Masonic Lodge 581 F. & A.M. and a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis. He enjoyed bowling, golf, playing cards, and being with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Delta M. Geisler Little, whom he married Aug. 12, 1950; two daughters, Linda Liter of Madison and Mary Ellen Wehner of Madison; one sister, Mary Alice Frazier of Madison; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The funeral was at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre. Burial was in Hebron Cemetery.
