Mary Magdalene Groce married David Speagle/Spiegel/Speegle a son of Michael Speagle and Sarah Jarrett. His parents are buried in the Michael Speagle Family Cemetery in Speegle Cove in Marion County, Tennessee. Michael's Memorial# 81915060, and Sarah's is Memorial# 81915717.
David and Mary Magdalene had at least seven children Malinda Adeline, Catherine Lavina, Maxwell Moses Franklin, Eve, Barbara, Sousanna and Elizabeth Carolina. It is known that Maxwell Moses Franklin and Sousanna are buried here at this cemetery. It is possible that Elizabeth Carolina is also buried here. Her date of death is between 1860-1865 and was never married.
