WOODS, HUEY M. - age 90 of Knoxville passed away at 2:30 am April 9, 2005 at St. Mary's Hospital. Member of Heritage Baptist Church and retired from ALCOA with 34 years of service, member of the 25 year club and a graduate of Claiborne County High School class of 1935. Preceded in death by: parents: John S. and Mary Wilson Woods, 11 brothers and sisters. Survivors: wife of 65 years: Juanita Childress Woods son and daughter-in-law: Jerry and Robin Woods of Strawberry Plains grandchildren: Roger and wife: Sandy Woods and Michael Woods of Powell great grandchild: Ashley brother and sister-in-law: Denny and Polly Griswold and Marshall and Elizabeth Childress several nieces, nephews and good neighbors. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Tuesday at Greenwood Cemetery for a graveside service at 11 am with Pastor Grady Maness and Rev. Ronnie Dotson officiating. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm Monday at Mynatt Funeral Home.
