Troy H. Cummings, 74, of Stigler, died Saturday, March 1, 1986, at his home. Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. in Main Street Baptist Church with the Rev. G. H Crittendon officiating. Burial was in San Bois Cemetery and was directed by Mallett Funeral Home.
Born in Melbourne, Arkansas, November 17, 1911, Mr. Cummings was a retired rancher. Survivors include his wife, Marie of the home; three daughters, Jo Ann Triplett of Hickory, North Carolina, Jeannette Hendrix of Tujunga, California, and Pat Southern of Porter; a son, Tommy Wayne, of Bakersfield, California; two sisters, Cora Hale of Bakersfield and Alice Ellington of Earlimart, California; a brother, Billy of Kinta; 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
