Loyd B. Replogle, 83, native and resident of Evansport until three years ago, died Thursday afternoon n the Defiance County Nursing Home, where he had been a patient since March 1. He was a retired operator of a general trucking service. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Bernard (Annabelle) Batt, Montpelier; one son, Blake Replogle, Stryker; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Final rites wil1 be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Grisier Funeral Home here, with the Rev. A. Martin Holtschulte, pastor of the Evansport United Methodist Church officiating. Burial is to be in the Evansport cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home. -The Bryan Times, March 31, 1972
