Lester F. Odle, 52, died about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 1971 in Oak Park Hospital, Oak Park, Cook County, Illinois after an illness of five weeks.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 1971 at Antioch #2 Baptist Church with the Bro. W. E. Eaton and Bro. Bill Mason officiating.

Burial was in the Antioch #2 Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Odle was a Baptist and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Cicero, IL and Antioch #2 Baptist Church in Rienzi, MS.

Mr. Odle was an employee of the Zerox Corporation in Oakbrook, IL.

He leaves his wife, Mrs. Emma "Louise" (Gifford) Odle and one daughter Miss. Robin Odle of the home in Cicero, IL; His father-in-law and mother-in-law, Terry & Gertrude (Setliff) Gifford of the home in Cicero, IL; Four brothers Melvin Odle & James Odle and his wife Helen (Parvin) Odle all of Rienzi, MS; Charlie Odle and his wife Lillie Mae (Holley) Odle of Corinth, MS and Hillie Hugh "Jack" Odle and his wife Willie (Fulks) Odle of Etowah, Arkansas; Three sisters, Mrs. Arnie E. (Odle) Killough and her husband J. R. Killough of Cicero, Illinois, Mrs. Arrie R. (Odle) Hardin-Mask and her husband, Grady Mask of Corinth, MS, Mrs. Maudie M. (Odle) Stewart of Kaiser, Arkansas; many nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by an infant son and daughter, his parents James F. Odle and Alice N. (Mauldin) Odle; three brothers, Clyde Odle Jodie Bynum Odle & Thurmon Mitchell Odle; and one sister Fannie Bell Odle; brother-in-law, John Hardin; sister-in-law, Ruby (Killough) Odle.
