Mr. Turner is survived by his wife, Deborah Turner of Clinton; a step-daughter, Melissa Ballard and husband, Chris of Hickory Tavern; a sister, Deborah T. Rogers of Clinton; a nephew, Hayden Rogers; and two step-grandchildren, Tyler and Logan Ballard.
