MARTIN L. BECK
Dropped dead while working in the barn at his home in Warriors Mark at 1:30 Saturday afternoon, death being due to apoplexy. Deceased was a son of David and Hettie Beck, both deceased, and was born in Warriors Mark Valley, April 24.1837. He bad resided in the vicinity all his life, and was a veteran of the civil war being a member of Company B, Thirteenth Regiment. Pennsylvania Calvary When a young man he was united in marriage to Mary K. Buck, who survives with the following children: Mrs. W.A. Neff. Mrs. P J. Cox, Mrs. R.F. Nearhoof, Miss Brace, Clarence and Zada,all of Warriors Mark. He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Miles Beck of Illinois, Lloyd Beck of Warriors Mark, Mrs. Spanogle of Philipsburg, Mrs Ellenberger of Meringo. The funeral services will he held a this late home on Tuesday morning at 10 o''clock, services being conducted by Rev. Mr. Brouse of the Methodist church, of which the deceased was a member. Interment in Warriors Mark cemetery.
