Survivors include her husband, Jarrod; her daughter, Elle; her son, Sawyer; her parents, Larry (Kerry) Chapman of New Holstein and Nancy (Robert) Lauff of Sheboygan Falls; one brother, Jason (Lisa Rath) Chapman of Kiel; her parents-in-law, Richard (Susan) Teunissen of Sheboygan Falls; two grandmothers, Corrine Kaat of Sheboygan and Jean Sebald of Sheboygan Falls; a sister-in-law, Amy (Chad) Kooyer of Grand Rapids, MI; a brother-in-law, Scott (Janelle) Teunissen of Elkhart Lake; a step-sister, Christina Hephner of Wausau; special uncle and aunt, Michael and Sue Markworth of Sheboygan.
