Thomas Jefferson Howard was no doubt the son of Edward Howard (1779 - 1814) and Frances Taylor "Frankey" Adams (1783-1886). Up to this point no one has presented me with actual proof. I have been presented with a document that consists of a compilation of family trees. What I need is the photocopy of the original antique documents that brought everyone to the conclusion, not just copies of other researcher's family pages. Just copying off of other researchers family pages is not considered a source.
*Update - I have good proof of Albert Gallatin Howard being the son of Captain Edward Howard and Frankey Taylor Adams. NOW, the argument is solid that Frankey was the mother of Thomas Jefferson Howard, and as a widow, resided with him until her death. It has taken years to have that information shared. LC
*Thomas' birth year may be wrong, as brother Albert's obit is specific about his date of birth, and then how old he was when his father died. If Thomas was eight, that would put him as four years older than Albert. There is a mistake in there somewhere.
