POCOLA — Kleta Jean Phipps, 44, of Pocola died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, in Fort Smith. She was born Dec. 20, 1964, in Long Beach, Calif. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith.
She is survived by her husband, Marion; two daughters, Chasitee Painter of Hackett and McKenzie Phipps of Pocola; three sons, Robert Curry and Raymond Phipps, both of Pocola, and Nathan Curry of Van Buren; her mother, June Curry of Booneville; two sisters, Donna Thrasher of Bonanza and Kathy McCoy of Greenwood; three brothers, Ronald Curry of Cedarville, John Curry Jr. of Ohio and Ricky Curry of Booneville; and six grandchildren.
