Harley was born and raised on a farm during the Depression.
He then went on and married raised a family . Children of Harley and Ruth Decker were Becky,Paula,Lisa and Mark. At 30 yrs old Mark was killed. The 3 daughters had children but Mark never did.
Harley eventually divorced Ruth ,he fell in love with a Rozella who became Rozella Decker on October 14th 1988.
Harley and Rozella had dogs who were the joys of their life.
Their names were Dee,Beauregard,Spike,Little Dee,Tykie all now with Harley . A few are still with Rozella so far their names are BiBi,Mandy and NeNe .They also had a few cats who they also so loved all pure white and now a new one who needed a home....
Harley did not wissh to be buried because of the cost knowing how much it cost was a waste to him.So his ashes were spread by his daughter.
Harley died on May 31st 2006. Missed and loved by so many.
