Mary Jeane Bond Lofton
Mary "Jeane" Lofton, age 72, a native of Houston, TX and resident of Vancleave for many years passed away Friday, November 24, 2006 in Ocean Springs.
Mrs. Lofton loved artwork and enjoyed painting, she loved to travel as well as fishing.
Mrs. Lofton was a very kind and caring person who placed the needs of others first and foremost in her life. She will be truly missed by her loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Mary Leak Bond.
Mrs. Lofton is survived by her husband of 57 years Mr. Thomas "T.E." Lofton of Vancleave. One daughter: Teresa and her husband John Carter; one sister: Frances Salley; one granddaughter: Amanda and her husband Terrel Anderson and two great-grandchildren: Tristen and Brayden Anderson all of Vancleave. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at 12 noon in Vancleave Cemetery #1 on Jim Ramsey Rd. in Vancleave.
