Jeanette Jean Harris was born November 5, 1933 in Elgin, Illinois to Ernest and Caroline (Eberle) Sund.
She is survived by her daughters, Lurene Sims and Carol Ballew both of Oklahoma, Dawn and husband, David Schmidt of Illinois; two sons, Robert Jr. and Ronald both of Oklahoma; one son-in-law, David English of Tennesse; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, Robert George Harris, Sr, whom she married November 19, 1954 and passed away April 25, 1988; two daughters, Sandra Harris and Christine English; grandson, Johnathan Carter Ballew; sister, Violet Beschorner; and brother, Donald Sund.
Memorial services for Jeanette Jean Harris will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Tulsa with Pastor Daniel Voigt, officiating. Interment is to follow in the Big Rock South Welsh Cemetery in Big Rock, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donation in her memory be made to the Mt. Olive Lutheran Church at 12435 East 31st Street, Tulsa, OK 74146.
