Brad Carr Stanley was born April 4th, 1970 in Topeka, Kansas. He is survived by his parents, brother, two daughters and his life partner James Skaggs of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Memorial Services were held at Diversity Christian Fellowship with whom he was associate pastor, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rev. Stacey Fox and Rev. Chuck Breckenridge officiating. Brad has also been musical director and played saxophone beautifully.
Brad died at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 25th, 2004.
His senseless death by suicide has left his friends trying to make sense of it all. Unfortunately many GLBT individuals die this way.
