Franklin Alexander
Central City - Mr. Franklin Howard Alexander, 69, of Route 2, Central City, died Sunday, June 21, 1987, at 9:33 p.m. at the Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville.
Mr. Alexander was born in Muhlenberg County on July 3, 1917. He was a self-employed mechanic.
Survivors include two daughters, Jean white of Decatur, Alabama and Sue Campbell of Route 2, Central City; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one brother, Ray Dan Alexander of Dunmor; and five sisters, Geneva Blackwell of Central City, Louella Booth of Bremen, Mary Hogan and Linda Dukes, both of Hammond, Indiana, and Dorothy Vincent of Owensboro.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 24, at 2 p.m. at the Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with the Rev. T. H. Davis officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
