She is buried in the Fairview M. E. (Methodist) Cemetery, Good Hope Township, Hocking County, Ohio. The cemetery is surrounded by the Fairview Memorial Cemetery, which is newer and a public ground. Her death certificate states simply "Fair View" but at that time the other "Fairviews" hadn't yet cropped up officially. I believe her father John Wilson Weltner 1816 – 1890, mother Elizabeth Beery Weltner 1819 – 1907, and husband Prof. Alexander Wellington Tidd 1842 – 1894, are also buried there, though I don't have paper documentation to prove that as I do with Sarah. Just notes about them being buried at the Methodist church "not far" from their homes. Sarah's father once owned the land that lies just west of the Methodist Church and Cemetery, and the Beery family owned a parcel just next to that.

Sarah's information is as follows:

Birth 30 Sep 1845 in Rockbridge, Hocking County, Ohio, USA
Death 2 Sep 1921 in Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio, USA
Marriage 31 Mar 1865 to an art professor, Alexander Wellington Tidd, in Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio, USA

For your personal notes, she was born on the Weltner family farm on what is now called Buena Vista Road, just west of Rockbridge, and died at her daughter Myrtle Tidd's home at 608 E. Mulberry St. in Lancaster...
