Wilma's parents died when she was very young and she moved to LcGrange, MO to live with an aunt and uncle. She attended school there and graduated from LaGrange High School. She attended Kirksville Teacher's College and taught in rural one room schools in North, MO for a few years.
On December 18, 1942 she was united in marriage with Charles Robert Mueller and to this union was born two daughters, both surviving. Charles preceded her in death July 31, 1993.
Wilma was a faithful and active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lebanon for many years. She was also a member of the 20th Century Club and Athenian Club.
She and Charles moved to Lebanon in 1946, moving to Hartville in 1951. Following Charles' retirement from Laclede Electric, they returned to Lebanon to make their home.
Wilma is survived by two daughters, Pam Mueller of Joplin, MO and Karen Mueller of Carthage, MO, one brother, Kenneth Tieman of Washington, D.C; also several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Lela Mae Ruble, Thelma Tieman and Mildred Cofer and one brother, Loren Tieman.
