Kenneth Alan Clayton, 64, of Crystal Beach, passed away Friday, Aug. 21 at M.D. Anderson Medical Center in Houston. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Army as a Captain, where upon he received several awards.
He was preceded in death by his father Gayle Scott Clayton and brother Tom Clayton.
He is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth Clayton; son Michael and his wife Danielle of Cypress; Daughter Suzanne and her husband Michael Politz of Garland; mother: Itasca Clayton of Burnet; grandchild Christopher Clayton of Cypress; sister Rebecca and her husband Richard Trojan of Hempstead; Aunt Twinkle Paxton of Llano and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services and interment were held at 10 a.m. on Aug. 24 at Bethel Cemetery in Burnet County.
Arrangements were under the direction of Edgar Funeral Home of Burnet.
