Louise Frances Joswiak, 91 of Brenham, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009 in Kruse Memorial Lutheran Village.

Mrs. Joswiak was born in Bryan on Aug. 21, 1917 to parents William and Mary Catherine (Gorski) Gorzycki. She graduated as an honor student from Brenham High School and attained her Associates of Arts Degree from Blinn College.

On Feb. 7, 1942 she was married to Victor Joswiak. Mrs. Joswiak was employed at Brenham Clinic as a medical transcriptionist.

Her parents, husband; and seven siblings, Josephine, John, Helen, Bruno, Stella, Stanley and William; and granddaughter, Amy Beth Joswiak preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., with Rosary recited by Deacon Bill Januszewski at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21, 2009 in Brenham Memorial Chapel

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 22 in St. Mary's Catholic Church with Monsignor Benedict Zientek and Father David Ivey as con-celebrants. Burial will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Services are in the care of Brenham Memorial Chapel, 2300 Stringer St., Brenham.
