DIED
Lillian
The youngest child of Mr. & Mrs. Edward Foss, on Tuesday afternoon, of lung fever. This bright little Miss had been sick but a short time, and while everything possible had been done to prolong her life, the angel of death came and bore her spirit to that land beyound. The deceased was one year old on March 19th. The parents have the sympathy of this community in their sad bereavement.
Funeral services will be held from the home at 2 p.m. today and from St. Johns Lutheran Church at Sterling at 2:45. Rev. H. Wunderlich officiating Internment will be in the Sterling Cemetery.

In Loving Remembrance of Lillian Minnie Foss, aged one year, one week and one day.

The Golden Gates were opened wide
A gentle voice said "Come"
And angels from the other side
Welcomed our loved one home.
Through all pains at times she'd smile.
A smile of heavenly birth.
And when angels called her home.
She smiled farewell to earth.
Heaven retaineth now our treasure,
Earth the lonely casket keeps;
and the sunbeams love to linger
Where our sainted Lillian sleeps.
