ORANGE CITY - Vivian Brown, 87, of Lake Drive, a resident since 1980, died Sunday at John Knox Village Medical Center. Mrs. Brown a homemaker, came here from her native Whitehall, N.Y. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, DeLand, the Whitehall Grange, the Order of Eastern Star, Daughters of the American Revolution and a rural charity club and senior citizens club. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Frank W., two sons, Herman C., Grand Isle, Vt., and Neil H., York Beach, Maine; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren."

Vivian Brown, 87, of Orange City, Florida and former resident of Whitehall, died Sunday, Nov. 9, 1997 in Jahn Knox Medical Center following a short illness. Born May 13, 1910 in Whitehall. She was the daughter of Charles E. and Maud (Kilburn) Clark. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Whitehall and a member of Whitehall Grange 922. She was also a member of Skenesborough Chapter Order of Eastern Star 663, Rural Charity Club, the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Senior Citizens, all of Whitehall. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Frank W. Brown of Orange City, Florida; two sons, Herman C. Brown and his wife Carolyn of Grand Isle, Vt., and Neil H. Brown and his wife Carol of York Beach, Maine; 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Serivce will be conducted in the spring at the United Methodist Church, Whitehall. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery, Whitehall."
