A retired Louisiana Division of Administration employee and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 3 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, in Baton Rouge. She was 85 and a native of Natchez, Miss. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 8 a.m. until chapel service at 10 a.m. Graveside service at Roseland Cemetery, Gloster, Miss., at 2 p.m.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Laverne Olson; son, Thomas Adams; two brothers, Paul and Gene Boudreaux; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Thomas Adams Jr.
