Canton--Nancy Ann Phillips Carrison, 29, of 544 N. Avenue B died at 6:10 p.m. Thursday (March 14, 1991) in the emergency room of Graham Hospital.

Born April 7, 1961, in Rushville to Miles and Jean Morris Phillips, she married Gary A. Carrison on Oct. 22, 1982, in Maples Mill.

A 1979 graduate of Lewistown High School, she had worked as a data processor at the Coleman Clinic in Canton since 1979.

She was a member of Pleasant View United Methodist Church, near Rushville.

Surviving are her husband, one son, Shad A., and one daughter, Sara K., all at home.

Also surviving are her parents of rural Canton; four brothers, Jerry Phillips of Marissa, Gary Phillips of Cuba, Ron Phillips of Lewistown and Randy Phillips of rural Canton; three sisters, Phyllis Fulton and Linda Reid, both of Canton, and Lori Phillips of rural Canton; and a grandmother, Thelma Logsdon of Rushville.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Murphy-Sedgwick Memorial Home, where visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Paul Hawf will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Carrison Children Trust Fund, in care of the National Bank of Canton.
