Martin was born in a small town of sevierville tennesee, father roy mcclanahn, mother mary mcclanahan. Worked for caterpillar tractor company in peoria illinois. Had two sons Vernon of Eddyville kentucky and Doug of Eddyville Kentucky. A hard working man who never new how to enjoy life. Died of pancreatic cancer. Martin was a chef for many years at the Beverly Hill Hotel in California. Loved to cook & loved to fish.
