Damascus, June 14 — Following a short illness, Robert T. Stephens, 77, retired farmer, died Monday night at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Stephens, near here. The funeral took place from the home of his son Wednesday afternoon. Burial in Monocacy cemetery, Beallsville. Mr. Stephens formerly lived in the Poolesville neighborhood for many years. He had been in this vicinity for the past 10 years.
