Nettie E. Carroll--Funeral services for Nettie E. Carroll, 83 of Hilliard were held Tuesday afternoon in the Mill Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Robert Nelson Officiating.

Interment followed in the church cemetery. Mrs. Carroll was a native of Nassau county and a member of Mill Creek Primitive Baptist church for over 54 years.

Survivors include five daughters, Lillie Bell Hartley of Flagler Beach, Nellie Mae Johnson of Jacksonville and Elsie Hodges, Ida Lee Canaday and Mary Jane Paul of Hilliard. Three sons Andrew and Noah Carroll both of Hilliard and Dennis Carroll of Jacksonville. 22 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Active pallbearers were Gary Hartley, Johnny Hartley, David Hartley, Ronnie Johnson, Kenneth Canaday, Reginald Canaday, Arthur Canaday, Michael Paul and Jason Carroll. Honorary pallbearers were her great grandsons.

Arrangement were by Callahan Funeral Home.
