Will Goodlow, 89, of Chattanooga, TN died on Friday, July 24, 2009, at his residence.

He was a U. S. Army Veteran of World War II and retired from Mueller Co.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Simon and Lizzie Goodlow; wife, Everlina Goodlow; infant daughter, Debra Goodlow, and several siblings.

Survivors include his sons, Robert (Darrell) Goodlow, Richard (Alice) Goines; daughter, Emma (Franklin) Wood, all of Chattanooga, TN; brother, Leroy Goodlow; sister, Lillie Mae Readus, both of Huntsville, AL; 13 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Christine Cartwright.

Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor Cedric Henson officiating.

The body will lie in state in the sanctuary of New Anointing Pure Holiness Church from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2009 at 418 N. Holly Street, Chattanooga, TN.
