also he is survived by her sons Harold Stephens from Pine Knot, KY, Clifford (Shirley) Stephens of Blanchester, OH, Mickey (Nancy) Stephens of Miamisburg, OH, Billy Stephens of Covington, KY, Donnie Stephens of Newport, KY, and daughters Ruth (Doug) Miller of Goshen, OH, Dianne Stephens of Phoenix, AZ and Carol Stephens of Boston, MA; Ethel and three step-son Tony Siler, Rick Siler ,Herstle Hicks and step- daughters Pamela Hicks Services will be held on Services 2 p.m. Friday, R.F. Neal Funeral Chapel He will be laid to rest at the Smith Cemetery at Roundtop. The family will receive friends Thursday after 6:00 p.m. at the R.F.
