Ronnie Stewart passed away January 1975 at the age of 17, at Wuesthoff Memorial Hospital in Rockledge, FL. He was a junior at Merritt Island High School.
He had had cancer surgery on his face and reconstructive surgery several times since he was born. His mother, Mrs. Mary Stewart said Ronnie maintained high spirits throughout his ordeal.
A nine year resident of Brevard County, Ronnie was born in Williamsburg, VA.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Stewart of Merritt Island, his father, Burnis Stewart of Kansas City, Missouri; Two sisters, Mrs. Nancy White, of Cocoa and Patricia Stewart of Merritt Island; and a brother, James Stewart of Jacksonville.
