WYNN, ROBERT E., 68, of Largo, died Thursday (April 1, 1993) at home. He was born in Norman, Okla., and came here in 1989 from San Jose, Calif. He owned Herwig Construction Co., San Jose. He was an Air Force captain and a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was an Episcopalian. His memberships included Elks Lodge 2519, Seminole, the Retired Officers Association and San Jose Alumni Association. Survivors include his wife, Jeffie; three sons, Earl S., Santa Cruz, Calif., Wade J., Oroville, Calif., and Dene A., Newark, Calif.; a daughter, Marla J. Wynn, Seminole; a brother, Chester D., London, Ark.; two sisters, Veta Petersen, Russellville, Ark., and Lorene Vansickle, San Jose; and eight grandchildren. Lewis W. Mohn Funeral Home, Seminole.
