WILLIAM B. ALBERTS DIES
William B. Alberts Sr., 74-year-old retired sea captain, died at the Jackson County Hospital Monday after a short illness. He was a native of Moss Point, and spent many years of his life at sea.
The body was removed to the home at 605 Griffin Road in Moss Point today.
Funeral services will be conducted from the home at five o'clock this afternoon.
Interment will be in the Griffin Cemetery, Rev. Frederick H. Zucker, pastor of First Lutheran Church, officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ida L. Alberts, Moss Point; one daughter, Miss Elizabeth Alberts, Moss Point; and one son, William B. Alberts Jr., Moss Point.
