Levina married Felta Valentine on 3/20/1798 in N. C. Her father's name was Richard Mather Robertson (last name as Robinson in some early records). Her mother's name was Sarah Rebecca Penn, a relative of Earl William Penn, founder Pennsylvania Colony. There was born to this union twelve children, six boys and six girls.
