James E. GINN, 69, Rochester Mobile Home Court, died at 3:55 a.m. today at Woodlawn Hospital. He was born April 14, 1921 in Athens to Garrett and Mary BURNS GINN. He spent most of his life in Fulton County and Franklin. His first marriage was to Louise RHODES. On April 23, 1976 at Franklin he married Lorene SUTTLES, who survives. He was a retired maintenance man. He served with the U.S. Army in World War II. Surviving with his wife are two daughters, Marsha GINN, Rochester, and Jean CASTRO, Lake Station; two sons, Leonard [GINN], Colorado, and Donald [GINN], Logansport; a stepdaughter, Betty BACHMAN, Leiters Ford; a step-son, William RHODES, Upper Sandusky, Ohio; nine grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren, and a brother, Byron [GINN], Rochester. Arrangements are pending at Zimmerman Brothers, Rochester.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Zimmerman Family Funeral Home, Rochester, for James E. GINN, 69, Rochester Mobile Home Court. The Rev. Paul SECRLE will officiate and burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Friday. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the American Legion and the VFW. Mr. Ginn died at 3:55 a.m. Wednesday in Woodlawn Hospital.
