Born sixth out of seven kids to Edward and Eleanor Culleeny, Billie was always in some kind of trouble with his dad who was a big tough red-headed Chicago cop; but how his Mom loved him so. After dating for five years, he married Patricia Gertrude Seal and had six kids -- Rosemary, Jamie, Corinne, Tritia, Eileen, and Sean. Some jobs he held were house man for a Chicago apartment building, milk man, and volunteer policeman for the Village of Island Lake, Illinois. In 1964 after a tornado hit the family home on Woodland Circle South, in Island Lake, he rebuilt the home. He owned a Standard Oil Gas station in Cary, Illinois and the Hot Diggity Dog Weinee Wagon in Volo, Illinois. He was a clever and humorous man who was loved by all his family and friends.
