Funeral services for Keisha McPherson, age 20, of Sulphur Springs, were conducted at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 6, 2009 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Henderson officiating. Interment followed at Smyrna Church Cemetery in Rains County. Pallbearers were Cody Henderson, Wesley Henderson, Curtis Hofineister, Donald "Duck" Dailey, Justin Worley and" Rocky" Allen Brock.
Visitation was held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, July 5, 2009 at West Oaks Funeral Home chapel.
Keisha McPherson passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital after succumbing to injuries she received from a motor vehicle accident that also claimed the lives of her mother, Rose Sherrin, and sister, Terri Jo Paris.
Keisha was born on September 20, 1988 in Kennedale, Texas, the daughter of Jack McPherson and Rose Yvonne Sherrin. Keisha was a 2009 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School.
She is survivied by one half brother, Joshua Aaron Turner.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Terri Jo Paris and Justine Stephanie McPherson.
Visitation was held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, July 5, 2009 at West Oaks Funeral Home chapel.
