Paul H. Fone, 67, of 322 Summit Ln, died Tuesday at 10am at City Hospital following a long illness. A lifelong resident, Mr. Fone was born here Jan. 15, 1912, a son of Francis Fone and Anna Fournier Fone. He retired from the Crucible Steel Division of Colt Industries after 33 years of Service. He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church. His wife Maude Fone, died in 1965. Survivers include four daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Barbara) Cunningham of La Puente, CA., Mrs. Jack (Carol) Keyes of Covina, CA., Mrs. David (Phyliss) Fone of Elyria and Mrs. Lillian Hornbeck of Baldwin Park, CA., five sons, Paul E. Fone of Baldwin Park, CA., James A. Fone of East Liverpool, David H. Fone of Lisbon, Kenneth R. Fone of Cheyenne, WY., and Louis E. Thompson of Twentynine Palms, CA; a sister Miss Edith A. Fone with whom he resided; two brothers, John A. Fone and George A. Fone, both of East Liverpool, 21 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. from St. Aloysius Community Parish. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Dawson Funeral Home here Thursday afternnoon and night.
