PC 582, later renamed LENOIR, stationed at Dutch Harbor in the Aleutian Islands. After to war on the USS Proton (AG-147), Shanghai, China and Tsingtao, China. Returned to San Francisco April, 1947 on the USS Lejeune AP-74, a converted German cargo liner to a US Navy troop transport.
