Mr. John T. Adams, 49, of Drakes Branch, died Thursday, November 25, 1982.
He is survived by his wife, Frances D. Adams; two sons, Jeffrey E. Adams of Drakes Branch, Tony Adams of Norfolk; three daughters, Mrs. Norma Thomas of Hedgeville, W. Va., Miss Joan Adams of Drakes Branch, Miss Jill Adams of Drakes Branch; his mother, Mrs. Cheslie Adams, Sr. of Drakes Branch; two brothers Cheslie A. Adams, Jr. of Drakes Branch, Harold H. Adams of South Boston; four sisters, Mrs. Mildred Mangum of South Boston, Mrs. Charlotte Thompson of Chase City, Mrs. Hazel Fitz of Drakes Branch, Mrs. Shirley Scott of Drakes Branch; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 27, at 11 a.m., from the Browning Funeral Home, Keysville, with interment in Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery.
