Betty Jean Kirkland, 67, of Pensacola passed away Thursday, December 1, 2005.
Betty and husband Charles moved to Pensacola in 1957. She was a member of Landmark Baptist Church and a former member of Union Hill Baptist Church. She was a Sales Associate at Gayfer's at Town & Country Plaza for 25 years. She enjoyed gardening and sharing the bounty of her garden with others. She also enjoyed fishing, Dixie Youth Baseball and spending time with family and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles and her mother Corine White.
Survivors include son's Danny and wife Sandra, Mike and sister Janice Deason and husband (Russ); four grandsons Danny, Johnny, Cory and Chris; one dear granddaughter Kelley; nephews Rusty and Josh Deason; niece Redetha.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00PM, Monday December 5, 2005 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Pastor Leon Adams officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:30AM until 12:00PM.
