Janet L. Hopkins, 68 of Valparaiso passed away Friday, June 12, 2009 at the Waters of Duneland, Chesterton.
She was born on July 2, 1940 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Lloyd E. and Opal (Meade) Hall. Janet was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Sister and she will be greatly missed by all.
On April 9, 1961 in Portsmouth, Ohio, she married Andrew J. Hopkins who survives along with her daughter, Karen Klaus of Chesterton; 2 grandsons, Taylor and Trevor Klaus; and 3 sisters, Carol Aiman of LaCrosse, Sheryl (Gary) Fairchild of Bryan, OH, and Jody (Kenneth) Webb of Portsmouth, OH. Janet was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Roger Hall.
Funeral Service will be held Sunday, June 14th at 1:00 PM at Moeller Funeral Home 104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso with Paul Gipson officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso.
