Mrs. Harriett Adams, 78, a resident of Stanislaus County for the past twenty-two years, died here on Saturday morning. She was a native of Ohio.
Mrs. Adams leaves the following children; George W and Harry M Adams, Mrs. Maude Brink and Mrs. Bessie Shaw, all of Modesto; Charles P. Shaw of Fresno, Mrs. Jessie Nelson of San Jose, Mrs. Ethel Post of Coalinga and Ed Adams of Ethan, South Dakota. She also leaves a brother, Aaron Worthen, of Ohio.
Funeral services will be held on Monday morning at 11 o'clock in the Shannon Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in the Citizens' Cemetery.
