Died by suicide.

Robert W. Blinn was born on the old Blinn homestead, just east of the farm on which he died, on October 18, 1883. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Blinn. His early life was spent on the farm of his parents, which came into his possession a number of years ago. In 1907 he was united in marriage to Miss Hazel Harding, who survives.

He was a member of the Masons, the Elks, the Knights of Pythias, and the Moose. He had but recently completed the commandery work in the Masonic order.

Besides the widow, three children survive. They are Robert, Jr., Ruth, and George. Five brothers and one sister are also left to mourn his death. They are Thomas, living in Canada; Richard, of this city; Frank and Jack of Albuquerque, N.M.; James, of Parmo, Mo.; and Mrs. Harry Heavilon, west of this city. Manson Blinn, of Auburn, Wash. is a half-brother, and Mrs. Robert Aughe, living east of this city, is a half-sister.
