Scruffy was a blonde Lhasa Apso and was the best companion a family could have had. He lived to be 16 years old.

He was a playmate to his human brother and sister and was best friends with his pals Rusty Girl and Charli Brown.

He loved to be dressed up and be pulled around the neighborhood in his wagon by his human sister. He loved all the attention he got.

He also loved his walks with this family through the park and rides in the car and just hanging out with the family.
He made sure he was always snuggled up with one of us and under the blankets! He was such a good natured pup and loved kids of all ages and always got along with other dogs and cats.

Scruffy was the best dog to have for my kids while they were growing up, he had lots of patience with them.

He is buried in his family's backyard where he loved to run around and chase the squirrels and deer. He is next to his best friend Charli Brown and Allie Girl and now my Rusty Girl.

He was a big part of our family, our companion and our dear loyal friend and is missed by all.

The Heart Of A Dog
It came to me that every time
I lose a dog they take a piece
of my heart with them,
and every new dog
who comes into my life
gifts me with a piece
of their heart.

If I live long enough,
all the compponents of
my heart will be dog,
and I will become as
generous and loving
as they are.
