MRS. ANNA DRIETH DIES; ILL TWO WEEKS
Mrs. Anna Drieth, 209 Sixth Avenue, died Saturday at the Eventide of Longmont nursing home. The 74 year old woman had been ill for the past two weeks.
The long-time Longmont resident was born in Russia in 1894. She came to the United States with her family in 1912, settled in Texas for a short time and then moved to the Longmont area.
After marrying in 1914, she and her husband farmed in the Mead district until moving back to Longmont in 1951.PREDECEASED BY FATHER FRED AND MOTHER LOUISE,ONE SISTER CHRISTINE BURBACK BAUER,ONE DAUGHTER, ROSA IN MAY 1919.
Survivors include her husband, Henry Drieth, Longmont; eight sons, Rynne, rural Longmont; Joseph, rural Longmont; Isaac, rural Longmont; Daniel, Denver; Reuben, Windsor, Colo.; Henry, Platteville, Colo.; Abraham, Platteville, Colo.; and Walter, with the Army in Germany; two daughters, Mrs. Alex Biesel, Commerce City, Colo.; and Mrs. George Houder, Jr., Longmont; three brothers, William Burback, Portland, Ore.; John Burback, Longmont; and George Burback, Loveland; 31 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are pending at Lewellen Funeral Home.
