Pallbearers were Roger Gibbs, Christopher Gibbs, Jason Feeler, John Grissom, Rick Grissom, and Jim Gibbs.
Interment was in the Tune Cemetery, Salem.
Mr. Gibbs was born January 21, 1926 in Salem, to the late Unie and Letha (Martin) Gibbs. He married Faye Nelson Riggons in 1985. Mr. Gibbs died May 24, 2009 in Rolla at the age of 83 years 4 months and three days.
Survivors include his wife; daughter, Dorene Gilmore, Houston; grandchildren, Glenna Smith, Hinesville, Ga.; Randy Burke and wife, Brenda, Licking; and Lloyd Gilmore Jr., Menard, Ill.; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces; nephews; extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Farris and Harold Gibbs; and his first wife, Dean Gibbs.
