Virginia "Ginny" Clark Hayden, 62, formerly of Lafayette, died at 10:40 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 2007, in Panama City.

Born Nov. 21, 1944 to the late Robert L. and Helen Brenner Clark in Lafayette, she was raised in Lafayette, attended St. James Lutheran School and was a 1962 graduate of Jefferson High School. She later attended Indianapolis Business College.

Her marriage was to Francis "Frank" Hayden on Aug. 20, 1971, in Monticello, and he survives.

Mrs. Hayden was a homemaker. She had resided in Lafayette, Noblesville and Indianapolis before moving to Florida in 1988.

Surviving with her husband are a daughter, Angie Passereni of Panama City Beach; a son, Jim Passereni (wife Kathy) of Brownstown; two step-daughters, Lori Ingram (husband: Clifford) of Haubstadt, and Lynnette Clark (husband: Curtis) of Seymour, Tenn.; two stepsons, Marvin Hayden (wife: Kay) of Owensboro, Ky., and Tony Hayden (wife: Antionette) of Marion, Ill.; and two brothers, Ed Clark (wife; Janice) of Lafayette and Dennis Clark (wife: Bonnie) of Battle Ground.
